Our CEO has over 29 years of real estate expertise in the residential, commercial, retail and industrial sectors in South Florida. His unique experience, attention to quality construction, and marketing skills concerning every new project he works on has made him one of the area’s most sought after developers. In that time he has developed approximately 17,000 residential units, and more than 1,500,000 square feet of industrial, office and commercial space. In addition, Mr. Boschetti has been a motivating force behind the acquisition of more than 4,000 acres of land. His combined development and acquisition portfolio is valued in excess of $3 billion. Mr. Boschetti holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. He has ventured on several projects with such reputable builders as The Alter Group (Illinois), Bristol Group (California), The Cayon Families (Florida), Prestige Development Partners (Florida), Newgard (Florida) and others. Mr. Boschetti attributes his level of success to understanding market needs, dedicating himself to real estate fundamentals and relying on solid projections. He is currently involved with several projects including warehouses, rental communities, new condominium towers, shopping centers and also in the business of buying non-preforming loans-assets from banks.
